🔹 TRANSFORMATION STORY:
Over a decade ago, I was managing high-pressure projects where chaos, inefficiency, and unnecessary complexity were the norm. Like many small teams, we were overwhelmed — not because we lacked talent, but because we lacked systems.
Everything changed when I discovered the power of lean process design, practical project management, and (more recently) applied AI. I learned how to create clarity where there was confusion, streamline workflows without burning out the team, and introduce tech without intimidating the people using it.
Since then, I’ve worked with organizations across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean — helping non-technical teams become more productive, efficient, and confident through systems they understand and trust.
